Very professional. We thought that the daily emails with the progress was exceptional customer service. WE were told it would take about 8 days but took it in on Tuesday and picked it up on Friday of the same week. They even sent an employee across the street to get a replacement license plate cover and did not charge us. Highly recommend and already have to 3 friends today already!!
