I am amazed at how you guys went above and beyond with my car. The damage was just to the rear bumper, but a minor fix was also done to the front bumper, and the inside was wiped down and the outside washed. Loved the texting service, repair was done promptly and Joe was very courteous. Thank you so much!

They repair my truck door in April or May, and in Dec was washing the truck and the clear coat was coming off. Took it back to Ernie Patti. They said that they would do it under warrarty. Did a great job at no cost to me.

I appreciated the regular check instead and the phone calls when something different needed to happen with my vehicle. It was a very quick check in process for the initial quote as well as dropping off and picking up my vehicle, which I have not seemed to find elsewhere! I loved the photos available to show the work as it was being completed as well!
