I had to wait to get it looked at because you guys were so busy. That's a good sign! It was well worth the wait to know it was done right and I wasn't charged for something it didn't need. I was incredibly impressed! Great job on my Flex...body damage. Even better than that was the communication: I received a phone call at least twice a week and it seemed I got a text daily on the progress. I was encouraged to ask questions, to call any time, and generally given some of the best customer service I've ever received! If I ever need a collision service again, or can recommend one to someone who needs one, it will be Ernie Patti Collision! Thank you for making a difficult process easy and, dare I say, pleasant!!
