All the staff at Ernie Patti were great! Everyone was polite, helpful and efficient. They kept me informed through text messages during the whole process. My car was done exactly when they said it would be and looked great and super clean when I picked it up. Their partnership with Enterprise is very convenient. They handled everything with the insurance company and made a stressful situation as pleasant as possible. Would definitely recommend!
