I'd rather not he contacted, at the same time you should know the following. It would be helpful for the gate and doors to open prior to 0800 when planning to drop a vehicle off or have an appraisal at 0800.my experience had been the door was not unlocked until about 0805. Also, the front desk staff was just nice enough. The older man who sits on the right when facing the desk from the door could smile once in a while. I never felt like I knew what to do or expect while waiting to be helped, drop off, or pick up my car. Overall, My experience was satisfactory at best. You didn't fail and nothing to tell others about or entice me to return.

These people were great! They were kind, respectful, and fun. Being in a wreck is traumatic: You need a little extra consideration. I especially appreciated the text updates and the fact that they cleaned the entire car. Not only did they give me a free calendar but a pen and pocket calendar as well. All those little touches like having Enterprise there made a much more pleasant experience than I expected or have previously experienced. Thank you!
