The customer service was great. I received estimates from three different auto body shops. One of them even charged less than Ernie Patti. However, from my first visit I just felt that they really cared about their customers and would deliver great customer service. I was not disappointed. I was also impressed that they finished my car two days earlier than the original estimated date of completion. They also did a great job with keeping me updated through email. I would definitely recommend Ernie Patti to anyone needing auto body repair. Oh! And they did a great job repairing the trunk of my vehicle.

The staff was so nice, friendly and helpful. The service was fast. In just 2 days my car was repaired and it looked Awesome. They even cleaned the inside and vacuumed the floors. Thank You Ernie Patti for a job well done.
