Was told that the scratch on my hood would be fixed when I picked my car up it wasn't and when I said something about it they took my car and said it would be taken care of but the scratch is still there I even have the correct touch up paint I do not know why he did that I never noticed the scratch before the damage occurred I would just like it taken care of

Above and beyond expectations. Ernie Patti kept me totally informed the entire time. They have a very courteous and professional staff. The fact that my car was basically derailed clean when I picked it up was just the cherry on top. Thank you so much for the service. I would absolutely come back.

I was very impressed with the professional manner of the staff. I loved getting text updates telling me my car was being worked on - it made me feel taken care of. The whole experience was easy and painless. The actual work done was done well and my car was so clean when I picked it up today! I would recommend your services to anyone in St. Louis!

The repair was outstanding considering the damage. I also appreciate the interment reminders on the status my repair. But most of all i appreciated my service techican's, Joe's professional and friendly service. Hopefully i will not have to return for accident repairs but if i do in the future I will call on Ernie Patti.

Work looks great almost like new. And thanks so much to the crew that did the detailing on my formerly filthy vehicle. It's almost like new on the inside too and I didn't expect that! They certainly put in a lot of effort I brought it in embarrassingly filthy and it looks great now!
