Your regular updates keep me informed and confident that the needed repairs are being taken care of. I especially appreciated knowing that because of damaged parts being sent to you, and your needing to wait until a undamaged part had arrived, my car would take longer to be ready for me.
I've used you before and was very pleased, as I am with the current repairs. I hope I won't need you again (!) but if I do, I'll come back!

We were *almost* completely satisfied. There was an office glitch, somehow, so that we were never called to report the progress on the car. Once we called -- the person we needed to talk to wasn't available, and our call wasn't returned the next day, as promised. As far as the work you did, we're pretty completely satisfied.
