I was very pleased with your efficiency. At each and calendar from setting up the appointment to picking up the car was streamlined. I appreciated the email updates which kept me informed and allowed me to plan my schedule. Everyone is very professional polite and helpful. Amazing! Professional from the start. Prompt, courteous handling of the insurance claim from my accident. They kept in frequent contact about the progress of the repair. My car was repaired and back to me in one week! The cleaning and detailing were a nice touch too! Very impressed with Ernie Patti Collision Center!

Got a job that would have taken other body shops 5-6 days done in less than 3 and kept me updated throughout the process. Paint matching is fantastic considering the mileage and age on the rest of the paint. I will use them in the future if I need them.

Picked the car up a day early! Awesome! Looks great! But it rained later and there was condensation on the inside of the headlight casing. Having the headlight on seems to make it kinda go away, and the bright make it a bit better. Internet said keep the brights on for like 30-40 minutes. It helped but didn't completely. Will it go away, or is this gonna happen every time it rains or I wash my car?
