Excellent Customer service

I was updated throughout the time my vehicle was in the shop and the body work was excellent. I must add one of the door strap bracket had been missing a screw which I hadn't been able to repair before taking the vehicle in. When I received my jeep I noticed someone had added the screw which helped from my door always swinging open. That was not part of the damage I took it in for, but I would like to share my appreciation for that small repair. It demonstrated the pride your staff takes in caring for my vehicle. I had my wife's new Tundra truck taken in prior to my jeep and the job done was outstanding. Superior will be my first choice for any repairs if I ever need that service again.

Did not keep me updated and had to call all day long 3 messages to service advisor **** message to service manager and one message to manager before I could talk to someone that could tell me the status of my car
