Samantha Kirtley is the best service adviser I have ever seen at a collision center or anywhere else!
She always went above and beyond to make what would have been a difficult process ultimately feel satisfying. She has the ability to help a customer be very satisfied almost no matter what the circumstances. A highly valuable asset to any company if I've ever seen one!
All the staff, including the manager Enrique Acosta, were fabulous. Mr. Acosta also helped me when there was a problem, and like Samantha, made an otherwise difficult process very pleasant.
I can't say enough about my experience because of these people.
