I purchased my vehicle from Viva Ford last month. Big mistake. I never learn. Viva had told me that they couldn’t even get me into the shop for 2-3 weeks. Your wonderful staff had me in the very next day and they finished the repairs to the truck before Viva would have even gotten me in. Your team works well together, they communicated with me and Jaime A, the advisor that worked with the insurance company to insure that my vehicle was fixed fully did an amazing job.
