The actual work on the car was perfect. However, the estimate and the actual price was off by $400 before my military discount was added. To be fair, the estimator did inform me that the price could increase once they get it in the shop to look at it because there could be some extra damage underneath. Also, the estimator called me when the price increased to get my ok before he proceeded (i appreciated that). Basically if the price is going to be off that far, then I believe you should skip the first step and just wait until you can get the actual number after the wrenches take a at it in the shop. Another issue I had was the communication between the estimator and myself. He told me that my car would be ready in a "couple of days " and that the tracker (carwise link) would update and out would tell me the date I could pick my car up. At that point, the link was at the second tier which I think is "ordering parts" and it never moved until after I received my vehicle. So I dropped my car off a day or two before the Columbus day weekend, I worked so I wasn't aware of the holiday, but I noticed that the progress bar on carwise hadn't moved so I called to see if there was an estimated time for me to pick up my car, the receptionist informed me that my estimator went on vacation and that she'd have someone call me back. Never did. Called later on that that week, "it was in paint, the computer notes say your car will be finished and ready for pickup on Tuesday. We'll have someone call you when it's ready." No call. I call on Tuesday and they tell me it had to go back to paint and will be ready Friday. Finally the estimator called me later that morning to tell me that the Friday timeline was false and that my car would "for sure" be done that afternoon and that I would receive a call that afternoon to tell me when I could pick it up.I didn't receive a call until the next day. And finally was able to retrieve my car.

My contact Jaime very nice. Basically car looks great but passenger window doesn’t work and still some scratches on chrome on passenger door from wreck and insulating strip on passenger door fell off. I was unhappy about car being out of commission over four months but realize this more fault of safeco than shamaley.

I would be the one to contact the person that took my case. This is the second time and last time I will take or of my vehicles. My first experience with your service was excellent the representative would contact me to inform me about my vehicle. I m sorry this time they show lack of interest in my vehicle.
