I think anyone who is looking for a shop to do repairs is usually a little skeptical about choosing the right one, like I was. I was referred here by a friend of mine who said Shamaley did a good job on his vehicle repairs years ago, so I decided to try it out. I take pride in my vehicles. Shamaley did an amazing job! From start to finish. If I ever need work again, I know now that this is where I’m going. Thank you

My car was given back dirty, chips spilled all over my driver seat and floor? I had two broken things that were not broken when I left my car and I have pictures to prove it and also my belongings were all over the place. Why was it necessary to be inside my car going through my personal papers? And opening my glove compartment?? Not happy with the service at all. Will be going to the office to show my prove.

So pleased with the whole process! From the time I dropped off my vehicle, then to me picking up my vehicle! The staff was helpful and polite! Everything was done in a timely manner; I loved the fact that they kept me informed through text about what was going on! Would definitely recommend to anyone! You will not be disappointed!

It was a great first experience at Shamaley, Jaime Acosta was very professional and answered all my questions. Loved the track app you all have so I can be checking on my car, it made a big difference from other shops that only give the runarounds on when the vehicle will be ready. Everyone was very nice and helpful and was acknowledged by every staff member making sure I was already assisted. Thank you very much!
