I came in for some rear bumper damage to the car, but most importantly there was a rolling type noise when I drove the car that sounded almost like the wheel was going to fall off. Not knowing much about cars that's all I was able to explain. Over the course of a few days I reiterated this concern each time I was called about my car. I was told there was no hidden damage and then I told them I would feel more comfortable if someone could drive it quickly to make sure they didn't hear and feel this rolling noise. I was called and told they did this but didn't hear anything. When I picked the car up I asked again about this noise and the tire but was again told there was nothing. As soon as I started the car I felt it as I drove away but did not turn around as I didn't trust that my concern would be listened to or taken seriously. I drove the car straight to my normal auto shop who told me they could immediately tell by driving 20 feet in the parking lot that the tire was dangerously loose and that was the rolling noise I felt and heard. I'm frustrated because I felt like my concern was brushed off and there wasn't any concern to truly look into what I said. I was then placed in a very dangerous situation. I won't be returning and there isn't anyrhing that can be done to rectify this. (I don't need to speak to anyone.) I normally don't fill these surveys out but felt I needed to so that you are aware of my dissatisfaction and the dangerous position I was put in.

I began hearing a rattling noise coming from the back end of the jeep on my ride home from work. Did not have that noise prior to the accident. Also notice that the rear bumper has too much play. Will be bringing it back in for service.

Unfortunately after picking up my car I noticed damages on the car that was not there prior to the drop off. KC did a walk through with me but apperantly he did not understand my concerns about the damages that were not in the car prior. His main concern was the work that was completed as required. For 1100 dollars the work that was done is not acceptable! The work was done in less time, which is great however the work seemed to be rushed. I say this because the bumber is not aligned. I was told I didn't need a new bumper because they would be able to fix the one that was on there. Apperently the fix isn't allowing the bumper to be tacked in properly. The bumber was on correctly before. Kc explained to me that generic bumpers dont fit properly because of the clips not being the same. My husband is also disappointed and would like some clarity! I have not heard from the original adjuster since.

The service was awesome and my car looks fantastic. The problem I have is that I usually keep my iPad under my front passenger seat and now it's not there. I know they cleaned the inside of my car, Im hoping someone remembers putting it somewhere else.
