I am disappointed that I was informed that it would take 6 work days to do the repairs. It was 11 work days and as a result, I incurred additional charges on my rental car approximately in the amount of 85 (insurance) because of the delays.

Every thing seems to be fine with the car. Subway was very easy to deal with. Paint job & repair work is very nice. One small issue- where my car was taped off on my black window trim, there is tape marks and white glue residue. I will remove that. Overall I would come back if need be, I hope I do not have to of course... I did not plan on getting rear ended.
