I had some problems with communication with the person in charge of my claim. She started out friendly and seemed competent in the beginning, then she stop communicating with me all together. My situation was unusual, as I was form out of state, on vacation in another state for part of the time, and needed to have phone communication as well as e-mail. The person who came to my rescue today was Kyle McKay, on his first day, he resolved many of the concerns I had and made it possible for me to have a car to drive after seven weeks. He brought back my trust with Phil Long, even though it was a long time is coming. I also commend Roger Wilfong for his help on the 21st when I arrived to pick up my car and found that once again what I had been promised by my former claim's adjuster had not come through. I was supposed to leave Colorado to continue my journey from Virginia this past Saturday.Roger promised to see to it that I would have my car completed today, Monday. with Kyle's tremendous help I am able to get my car back after seven weeks of not being able to drive it. I had no other car, and am a single person. So, I am happy to be able to not have to depend on others to get me around.

-new damage to passenger door (not related to original claim)(has been documented)

-no QC on vehicle even though it was said this was done

I found food wrappers and misc junk under the seats. Oh and a crack pipe in the back seat. My car was stolen, why was this **** left in my car? I have two you kids that sit back there, what if they found it? On top of it I'm military, I drive on post for work. What if I got stopped at the gate for a random inspection? I would have been cuffed! So NO I am not satisfied.

Last Friday when I went to pick up the car I found an unusual vibration on the motor and I was told that they needed to send the car to the Ford Mitir City. It has been a week now and they have not completed the repair because of lack of coordination between the two shops

I believe Ms. Barr didn't do a complete inspection on my repairs. Once I arrived on 15 Jun to pick up the car, I had to point out bumper cover and left taillight not mounted well. Thus, the car had to go back to the shop for additional repair. It looks better now than when it first got repaired; however, I am not satisfied with the workmanship as I reviewed 10 C-class MB cars on 21 Jun at the dealership. Mine looks different.
