It seems everything was done well, but you might want to establish a checklist procedure for finish/wrap up.on a vehicle. When I went to pick up my car there was a pair of worker's gloves in the front passenger seat, and several days later I found a 10mm socket in under under the edge of my hood by my windshield wipers.

About 5 minutes after driving away, my check engine light came on. My heat temp was past the red line. I stopped and my radiator and reservoir was empty of coolant. This is a new radiator! I put in coolant and read my code. It was a radiator overheat.

I had both a 2013 GMC Sierra 2500 and a 2014 Jeep Rubicon in for repairs at Phil Long Collission Center. Kyle Metcalf was my adjuster and was very courteous when I dropped my Jeep off. However, I could not get accurate statuses on the repairs of the vehicles. After providing me with the same status in two or three consecutive calls on my Jeep, I told him this was the same status he'd provided me on two previous occasions. Basically, that my Jeep was at Armorology and they would build me a new bumper system just like my aftermarket one. then i asked him if it would be finished on 7 Sep as I was being told in my electronic updates. Kyle told me the electronic status updates weren't correct and that he'd get back to me with a current Jeep and GMC status. He called me back and said Armorology couldn't make the new bumper system after all (after two weeks in the shop). He also said my original manufacturer would take six to eight weeks on an expedited order, what did I want to do? I told him I wanted the new original bumper system. He said my truck would be ready at the end of the week. On Friday he called me and said it wouldn't be ready after all but that it would be ready on Saturday morning. I called him three times on Saturday and left voicemails and visited the shop. It wasn't rady. He finally called back on Monday and my wife picked up the truck on Wednesday. The clerk didn't understand the billing and only charged her our $500 deductible and personal repair expense. I had to return on Saturday to pay the balance from the check issued to me by USAA. Still waiting on the new bumper for my Jeep but did get it back with the old bumper while I wait.

I was not satisfied with the hood of my car when it was brought to me. It was clearly crooked and I was told there was nothing they could do. Mainly I just felt that everytime I had a question or concern, I was given the run around. Getting a straight answer was never a possibility. And talking to someone in a higher position was not going to happen, they were always "out of the office".

Satisfied with the repairs, but the vehicle looks like it was not even detailed upon returning to the customer, so many black finger prints on the headliner. The LCD screens where nasty with smudges and a few scratches to the vehicle. Some areas of the rubber seals around the glass were pinched and loose.

Would have been nice to have had the car washed or detailed before I picked it up.Repairs were fine. Based on my expectations the I was surprised that it took so long to complete.

I was disappointed that my car was not washed. It had much dust and looked like it was sitting out side after a rain. Simple customer service. Every car should be washed before returning to customers

Vehicle was ready for pickup. During inspection I found three pillars with overspray or scratches on blackout tape. Was told they would fix same day. Awesome. Returned rental car and went back to pick up car after calling and confirming repairs complete. Shoes up but only one of the three had been replaced. Now I have to come back third time. Not able to schedule forth visit while there. Still waiting for someone to call
