Upon retrieval of vehicle, one of the front turn signal lamps was not working and needed to be replaced. However grateful that it was caught and replaced prior to the vehicle being released to me, this caused extra waiting time on my behalf. The vehicle was ready for release 2 days prior to my arrival, and I feel this should have been caught during checkout process prior to notifying me the vehicle was ready.

The car was not finished when promised on four different occasions. And then when the car was finished, it wasn't actually fixed correctly, so it had to have another full day. To top it off, on the next day, when I came back to pick it up, they still hadn't fixed two of the issues because they "forgot." Do, I had to wait 45 mins while it went back in the bay.
