It was extremely helpful having communication every other day with updates on my vehicle. CJ was so kind to explain the process & how everything works during my vehicle repairs. I was a little concerned about the bumper not lining up with the vehicle’s body like the other side but CJ explained that the damaged side would not always be able to look like the original after an accident. I appreciate the time that was taken to make customers feel comfortable & informed. Thanks again.

The front bumper still shows old bugs through paint. I Want to set up time to have it looked at for re-painting. Did not notice problem when car was in shade at pickup time yesterday.
