I have only had my vehicle a few hours, so I don’t have any complaints as of yet. However, the communication whilst my car was being repaired between Universal Collision and I was very conflicting. I would receive text messages that stated one date my car was to be ready but then receive phone calls stating something totally different. It was a bit frustrating but I am happy I got my vehicle repaired relatively quickly.

The repair/installation was not done correctly. After I picked up my vehicle, the dashboard panel started to alert me with the warning sign and message “Parking Sensor System Problem” and the front bumper (new number) sensors are inoperable - sensors do not work.
