He went a step further and even helped clear the construction fallout from the hood of my car as well as wash my car both inside and out. He did an excellent job at keeping me updated with the progress of car and I felt he was genuinely interested in making sure he did a great job as well as providing me with a great experience despite the unfortunate event that brought me there. I'd like to thank Karl, his right hand man (who also stayed past his work hours to give me a chance to pick up his car), and everyone in the repair shop who helped me. And god forbid something else happens to my car, but if something does, I will definitely be coming back.
