My experiences were not well. I was under the impression that my car would take 5 days to finish while I was out of town. Y’all never gave me any updates, and I came back early and on the 4th day the car has not been finished or even touched in any scope of work that I could tell, and my boss of a commercial construction company needed me the 5 day to run a bid down south. I never had my car repaired by y’all... auto body express called repeatedly about updates and stuck to there word about fixing my vehicle.

Bonnie was very friendly and helpful. Things took a little longer than we hoped, and we still have to bring it back to get a couple of paint blemishes buffed out and a rim fixed, but all in all, we are satisfied.
