Great job!

I was VERY surprised to find my vehicle in the condition it was when I picked it up after the repairs were done. The following issues were visually noted and pointed out to the service representative: - Grease smudges found by the repair area and drivers door handle. - Rear wheel and tire VERY discolored. - Drivers side floor mat was filthy... (car was spotless when dropped off). - Someone has readjusted almost every control in the drivers area to a ridiculous degree. - Interior of car had ands still has a VERY heavy chemical odor. I was told to simply roll the window down and it would go right away quickly... if it was such an easy fix, why was it not done already? Still smells bad, hoping that it will dispute in a few more days of open window driving. All of these points were shown to the service advisor when I picked up the car. He apologized and gave me a certificate for a free wash and detail. I kind of wonder why he didn't he didn't simply keep the car another day and make it right? In closing, I am relatively annoyed at the entire situation and feel that Sawgrass Ford did not live up to the reputation advertised. At the end of the day these are not big deals, just a lot less than I would expect from the insurance companies preferred vendor.

This team was amazing. Always knew what was happening to my car, they sent text updates and multiple voicemails about how my car was doing. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. I was very satisfied with their customer service and my car was even done 2 days early then what they originally predicted! It was awesome

appreciated the periodic emails updating me on progress. also the right headlight lens was replaced because of accident damage. The left lens was simply cloudy and yellowed yet it was also replaced so as to match the one on the right.

The car has many issues still

My experience was awesome. Everyone put me "first" to make Sure I was completely satisfied. And loved the updates.

The turn around time was much quicker than what was initially given. Great job. The timeliness and constant updates were impressive. Thanks. I am expecting that everything will be okay. However, the job looks great
