Your team was very helpful. Body work is good. Drove car home and now having engine problem. Difficult to start car. Possibly related to gas gauge issue that Lexus of Pembroke Pines worked on while at your shop. Very frustrating to take car in for one thing and leave with another problem and possible expense.

Our car was new when we bought it two months ago. When it was rear ended we were going to take it to a Honda dealership because we knew they would repair it well and would make it look like new again. When we brought it to sawgrass collision to meet with Geico to get the estimate, I was assured that they do repairs on all kinds of cars and that ours would look like new again. When we received our car back yesterday, it seems they just tried to fix the original bumper instead of putting on a new one. There is a small black line near the seam of the bumper where the white paint didn't cover, the right seam of the bumper isn't flush against the top portion and there is a gap. And when you open the trunk, where the left bolt is that attaches the bumper to the car, it's cracked. We didn't receive our car looking like new like we were assured it would.
