Felt the quality of the repair was great. They even took care of a small ding without being asked. Thought that was great. People friendly and informative.
Just an FYI, your update e-mails are appreciated, but on Friday I received a call that the car was ready and an email that we're almost there and will be ready on Monday. No complaints. got the car sooner than expected. Thank you for the service.

Great service and customer communicatons. Work with Geico to make car rental better. Everything with car rental was great, except I left a gas tank with about ****/2 tank of gas I paid for. Need to have a way for Enterpise to give a gift card or something to compensate renter....Enterprise said they could not give me credit because Geico was paying for it. Cookies were nice, but too much gas money left on the table..
