My vehicle was fixed perfectly.

I originally gave all good feedback & now I would like retract that. After having my car back for a few days, my husband realized that there were a lot of things that went unnoticed during the repair. My paint was gouged when someone used, what looks to be a flathead screwdriver, to pry my taillight off & scratched the actual tail light, the lift gate has not worked/latched properly since I got it home, there’s a piece of the bumper missing that was never put back on & now there’s pieces of the lift gate falling off inside my car. My lift gate was “adjusted” once when I returned to show the taillight damage & has continued to be a safety hazard because of not closing properly. Today I realized that the entire lift gate itself is loose & wasn’t re-installed properly. This has been over a month of waiting to get these issues fixed with no solution & me reaching out to check in on where progress was for parts. The staff is very friendly & I’ve tried to be as polite as possible, but my car is a family car & my 2 children’s safety is important.

Don’s was very careful to find everything that needed to be fixed and did so in a very reasonable amount of time. I’m very satisfied.

They don't need to contact me for anything. It's over and done with. But the fise box cover not being replaced was a little.....odd.

Items were missing& look it been rambled through.
