At this time I m completely satisfied with CARSTAR Don’s on the repair of my vehicle. At the time I dropped my vehicle off, I appreciate a member of the staff walking out to my vehicle with me, letting me know and showing me what may be wrong and what may need to be repaired. The staff also called a rental company to pick me up. While my vehicle was there, I really appreciated the text, phone calls and voicemails letting me know when my estimate was done, when my expected date of pickup would be and the progress being made on my repairs. My vehicle was ready at the expected date of completion. When my vehicle was ready I wasn’t just handed my keys, I was also again walked to my vehicle and shown the repairs that were made and informed of the warranty on those repairs. My vehicle was cleaned and looked good as new. I definitely appreciate the service at CARSTAR Don’s and would have no problem returning and recommending them to anyone that may need their services.

We were contacted on 11/8 to pick up the vehicle. However, there was something that was not repaired so that was pointed out and the vehicle was left at Don's. We were contacted today on 11/13 that it was repaired. After getting a couple of miles dowm the road we realized that it was not repaired.

I was satisfied with the repair job, but it did take longer then I was originally told. There was also a film left on my windshield.

I had second thoughts about taking my Toyota to somewhere other than a Toyota body shop but I'm glad I did. Don's body shop was fast and they did a wonderful job.
