CARSTAR Auto Body of Wilson

Never adjusted headlights my husband finally did it himself. The car has been passed around to Kinston, Rmt and Wilson. I have definitely had better quality service else where. Just careless little things that came back as broken such as lights inside that was totally noticeable and tried playing it off like it was supposed to be that way. Not sure if the lack of good help bc of Covid but certainly will not be bringing the car back. To many things to even list

My car is still not fixed it has been at the GM dealer since it got it back from CarStar. I mentioned when I got it back that my backup camera wasn't working and it was working when I dropped it off. I wire or cable was cut or broken. this trigger a electrical box to blow. fixing it is complicated and requiring GM to send parts. they ask me had the car been in an accident and of course it has not. I didn't mention the little dent I had fixed. Did you tear my car apart to fix one little dent? I am not satisfied and with what happened to my car. Of course no one has taken the responsibility for what has happened and I don't have evidence otherwise. I definitely don't want to get between you and GM. My time and inconvenience can't be replaced and I don't know if my car will be as it was before. They are still waiting on another part. I will be looking to be contacted.

The staff were very friendly. Service was quick and very reasonably priced. Will definitely recommend to others.

My experience was fine until I picked up my car and noticed my trunk release no longer functioned and the paint on my drivers side door had several paint blisters. The technician I spoke with agreed to have his supervisor follow up with me about these issues and I have not heard anything back yet.
