Fan-flipping-tastic. I loved that I got an email with an ETA about my car and the entire process was as painless as possible. There was an issue with the bumper when I picked it up but the tech (I didn't catch his name, I'm sorry), fixed it right there on the spot and explained what happened.

Johnnie and Laura were very professional as well as helpful,however I noticed the driver's side of my door was not put back correctly I drove my vehicle back to car star and johnnie took care of it. I also noticed a little opening to the bottom of my door ,so I have to bring my vehicle back to carstar again.

You have the BEST ****!!! I was worried about the paint matching up, but you cannot tell that it had ever been wrecked after he got done! Thank you for a job WELL DONE!!! And my car came out cleaner than it went in!!!
