The only issue I had was that I received two emails saying my car wouldn’t be ready until the 15th of February and I got a call around 3pm on Friday the 8th saying my car was ready and the issue was that I had to work at 4pm. I live in Greenville and my repairs were being done in Wilson. My rental was no longer covered for the weekend due to this and I found it pretty inconsiderate just seeing how it was two hours before the shop closed on a Friday knowing you’re closed for the weekend it caused an issue for me transportation wise. I had to turn my car into the Greenville enterprise, I was late for work, I had to find rides to and from work all weekend and a ride to Wilson to pick up my car. I just feel like the delivery system on actually letting me know when my car would be ready was inaccurate and I should’ve been allowed to keep the rental through Monday at no charge to me under the circumstances.

Most professional service anyone could ask for. And I appreciate the progress reports. All in a timely manner. Thanks

The repair took to long. The pickup date was changed twice. It was inconvenient for me.I have a full size pickup,but was given a compact rental.I could not take care of my business with a compact car.

The truck was delivered to me with two small dents and had sander dust on tailgate an inside truck bed if ussa use you I need to change my insurance

The work was a sham, I got a run around on the time of when the repairs were going to be completed and they didn't replace my mud gards. Am so not happy.
