They were very detailed oriented, professional and in my opinion, what will bring me back.. ( should I need them again and others in, is their willingness to ALWAYS put the customer's questions concerns FIRST. Their friendly, comforting, disposition put me at ease and I felt that I would be in good hands. I was RIGHT. Upon completion, my car was as "showroom" ready, as it was before my accident had occurred. I was kept abreast, DAILY, via text messages of the progress/timeline for "estimated" completion date. (This was definitely a FIRST, for me. Wow, impressive, To top it off, they were done, a week earlier than anticipated. I am throughly impressed with every aspect of B&M Collision Crnter. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them, to anyone who has an issue with their vehicle. They don't advertise advertise, due their modesty. (But, they SHOULD!) I'm sure if you ask around, for a "Word of mouth" recommendation you'll hear the "SAME" review as mine.. They are AMAZING! 5 *****
