David and his team are extremely thorough and meticulously geared towards repairing the vehicle to its original state. Dales Collision repair staff was professional from the moment the vehicle arrived to their shop. Their tireless devotion to satisfaction to the customer is unparall. Once I received my car back from his shop I was confident that my car was in better condition prior to my accident. I would not only recommend Dales Collision repair to repair my vehicle again, I'd demand that they perform the same service to any future repairs.

My insurance company has Dales on their list of satisfactory body shops. We went and got an estimate for my truck and my wife's jeep. When I called to make the appointment to get my truck in, they told me it would be 2 weeks, that way they could order in all the needed parts. Ok. So I brought my truck in on June 12th as agreed. I asked how long would it take before I would get the truck back. David said 5 to 7 days, unless they found hidden damage. Ok. So after 4 days I called them, just to see how they were coming along. They told me that it would be painted Friday (day 5). So I waited till Tuesday (day 7), and called and asked if the truck was done. It wasn't, they didn't order the right grill for it. I told them I was disappointed as a self employed person, I needed my truck. So they call me back on Thursday morning (day 9), that it should be done by 3:00pm. So Thursday evening I went and picked up my truck. After I got the truck home I noticed the under hood light was hanging, I fixed that. I also noticed the hood liner was sagging profusely. I noticed the plastic push pins were bad or not even pushed in. I noticed the bug shield was the old one, with a busted up emblem glued back on it. Then worst of all I noticed a bend in my brand new hood. So Friday morning I took it back to your shop. David put in new plastic pins, and told me there was noting that could be done about the sagging hood liner. I showed him the dent in the hood (bend). He said that is just the way it was made. He said that he could maybe have his paint less dent remover guy look at it. I told him that it looked like someone had dropped the hood on it's corner. Since there are no other 2004 Dodge ram hoods that have that bend in them, so I guess I have to live with a dented hood. He said he could not get a new bug shield in chrome, only smoke. Maybe if he would have communicated that with me I could have shown him on Amazon were there is 2 chrome ones that I would settle for. Here are the specifics for them ****. Stampede Truck Accessories 2243-8 Vigilante Premium Hood Protector – Chrome. 2.Auto Ventshade 622010 Aeroskin Large Chrome Hood Shield. I asked why the new bug shield was listed on the repair bill. He said they had removed it from the bill they were submitting to USAA. I will check with them to see if he did. I also asked where he found the emblem he put on the bug sheld as the original one was lost in the crash. He said his body repair man had one. I wish it was one that hadn't been broken and glued back together. They have them on Ebay "New Grille Hood Head Tailgate Trunk Chrome Emblem Badge for Dodge Ram 84*90mm. $9.00. So needless to say I will not be going to Dale's in the future. And no I will not bring my truck back there for you to correct the shoddy work that was done. Some communication would go a long way.

We believe that the repair estimate and the repair where not done thoroughly. That there is damage to paint on some of the car panels due to the collision with the deer which were not repaired. Thank you for your re-evaluation of the job.

There are tool marks all around my windshield and my fender/hood, and my car did not get the correct windshield
