The date for pick up was not correct... I requested to leave work early in order to get my car and it was not ready. I had received a text and email saying my car would be ready Thursday. When I got there at 4:30 it was not, if the part was not in a call by 3:00 would have been appreciated. My husband also had to leave work early in order to get our kids from daycare. We rearranged our schedules to get the car only to find out I had driven 20 miles to turn around and drive back home.

You probably should have someone do a walk through next time. Front bumper had a green marker showing and I found a tool in the back when I got home. Looks like a rush job getting it done. Also found glass in the vent after being blasted with glass when I turned the heater on. The actual outside works looks good.
