The only thing that bugged me was that y'all never updated me when the car was completed. Y'all told the insurance company Thursday, which meant I'd have to return my rental car that day, but I didn't know till Friday (when the collision center closes) because I called. I had to wait till the following Monday and the rental company charged me instead of AAA cause they though I had the car available Thursday.

Brought my car there to get repaired for 2 different repairs and I was not real pleased like jumping for joy. One, the repair to my back-end was completed but the paint job was less than desirable. Second, the repair on the door on the passenger's side was not repaired to my liking. I thought they would've used a new door to repair mine instead of patching and filling the hole on the door and reworking it. For now when you look at it, i can still tell that it was repaired for there is a waviness in the door. Brought it to the dealership that in my mind is the best around and since it was built by Nissan and I knew that location was originally a Nissan Authorized Repair Center and saw that they worked on BMW products, that my car was in good hands. Obviously I was please to be getting my car back from the shop, just less than joyed after seeing the work.

Service was excellent. Dan kept me informed during the process. Good, old-fashioned customer service. Don't see that very often these days.
