Scott at your Lindberg St., Addison location was very helpful in that Thru careful procurement of parts he was able to keep the cost below where Geoco insurance had set as there limit. If we had exceeded that limit my car would have been totaled, and I would have been forced to accept an unfair settlement.
Thanks to Scott, I got my car back "as good as new".

During my accident I spilled coffee all over the dash. When I asked for something to clean it off when I dropped off my car...I was promised a full interior detail. I spoke with Dan Haefs the day of pick up and specifically asked if the coffee and interior was clean. He said it was, attached are pictures of the interior of my car (pictures wont attach). If this was going to be the case I wish I was told, I would of cleaned it the day I dropped the car off. Being told it was going to be done and asking about it and being told it was done but finding out that it wasn't is insulting.

They could make 5 stars out of 5 stars but I'd like to give them 4.5 stars because the insurance company said AutoNation Collision Center was not following the process the company provided which delayed the repaid time.. my car was in the shop for over a month to replace the front bumper and right fender. it was ridiculous. but they communicate and keep the customer updated.
