Autonation Collision exemplified their high standards when there was a slight flaw in the paint job on the bumper and they redid the whole painting. (They did this before I had even seen it).

Quick and painless repair, though not accurate.
Did not replace license plate bracket, used old one. Grille still has small crack on it. Did not blend bumper into nearby panels.

Communication between the service center and collision center made I had thought would be a simple drop off of the loaner and pick up of my car a bad start. The people at the desks tried to help...the collision center people were great...service center body work guy made it sound like it was my fault that I didn't know to pick up the car at the collision center. The repair was good...but I would prefer to just work with them directly and not have to ever talk to that slick...but not helpful body work guy ever again.

They emailed me everyday with updates on how the repairs were coming along. Knowing what's going on with my car and when it will be done, helped plan my week accordingly and also gave me a little peace in mind knowing they were Doug a great job!
