The actual repair turned out very nicely. When they put the door back together, the left the seat memory controls disconnected and the trim on the door came off. I took it over to Stevinson and they are fixing the situation.

On the day I picked it up 2/20/15 whomever was running the front desk is clearly not capable of handling that position . Training is one thing but a lady came in and said I am here for my appt. your person said oh is your appt today. I tried calling 4 times to get a simple answer and finally just drove over hoping to speak with someone else. Once I got to speak to someone different my question was answered in 30 seconds
