It was a great experience they did an excellent job. Our vehicle was looking amazing it runs great so far we have no problems. Benito was the gentleman that worked on our vehicle and of course I get some of the other person's there but he was the main one on the invoice so a hands up to him on an excellent job. Mr. Eric Torres was very helpful as well. Whenever we would call he would always take our calls and made us feel comfortable and answered all questions again thank you very much for the experience this was our second time there we were not disappointed the first time around everything went great so not that we went to but if we could recommend them to anybody else we would again thank you on an excellent job.

The vehicle was stated to be 3 days for repair, turned into 10 days with holiday weekend. Ins does not cover entire rental however we accept the error that occurred (things happen), despite the additional rental costs per day beyond base coverage. When picked up, rear tail light at area of repair was faulty, pointed out to dealer rep, was taken back for repair and "fixed", was found faulty upon delivery again, sent back again, then returned in working order.
We are concerned with a) appointment time and parts avail/service stated, and b) quality check before delivery. Staff response was good only after I called to determine delay-never did get updates online/phoned as signed up for. As to getting my truck back in working order - no apology or recompense offered.
Just bought new Ford Explorer Platinum at other dealer due to this type of response during our purchasing process (we found our preferred vehicle online, your sales reps could not), which leaves us to wonder about service aspect to be expected here - timeliness, quality, workmanship, effort. Maybe was a couple of "one-offs" that happened, none the less it leaves us to wonder about service w/ local dealer going fwd. We hope it was a bad couple calls vs an ongoing issue as we'd like to support local dealers where we can. We are willing to try again, with an effort from your team for a mutually successful venture. Please let us know who we should be in contact with the next time we attempt to do service/accessory purchase. Thank you
