Everything from dropping my vehicle off to pickup was easy. The text updates kept me informed throughout the repair made it less stressful.

When my vehicle was going to be picked up (btw, I received a confirmation email saying it was picked up but this is not correct) it was discovered that there was a screw in one of the tires. While I am glad this is being repaired, I cannot claim to be completely satisfied when something like this happens.

First off, Kyle was amazing. Originally when I went in for an estimate, we thought it was just facial damage to the car. He was honest with me from the jump and very friendly. It made me feel very comfortable and relieved. After driving the car for a week before I had to turn it in, I found out that I had internal damage from my collision. Kyle reassured me that everything would be okay and they did everything in a timely manner. And Becky is the best thing since sliced bread. She was amazing as well. The place/location is wonderful and convenient and quite frankly, it’s a hidden gem. Everyone was friendly and thorough. I’m so glad they took care of my car. I wouldn’t have the experience any other way. Thank you Kyle and Becky for being so wonderful. I appreciate you guys more than you know and your honesty stood out the most. I wish much success for you both.

Thank you for you awesome customer service, clear explanations, prompt updates, and on time (early) completion. I would recommend John Harris and personally would return with minor or major issue in the future.

My car looks as it did prior to my accident I appreciate the attention to detail as the repairs were done in an exceptional time frame. I did notice a slight overspray spot. I will contact the office to see if it can be fixed. All and all I am truly grateful for the job y’all did and the customer service that was provided to me through the whole experience

Becky receptionists was so naturally friendly and took pride in her job. Same goes for young black guy washing car early morning of Tuesday 23rd I offered him a tip and he refused resl genuine guy thank you for the expert and caring service.
