When I picked up my vehicle I found someone had not fully closed the rear driver side window. Unfortunately it was a rainy day and the inside was wet. When I went back inside, the people at the front desk said I’m sorry and handed me paper towel for me to clean it up myself. No one offer to check it out or clean it up. When I got home I had to shop vacuum up water from the floor.

What started out as a good experience earlier that week,quickly deteriorated into a really bad episode on Saturday. After 2 days of delay the automated message said my car would be ready by about 2. When I arrived I was told it wasn't ready and they didn't know when it would be. Whenever I tried to ask a
question the gentleman on duty simply responded "we'll call you when it's ready". That was the only thing he said no matter what I asked. His customer service skills are nonexistent and he was extremely rude. I will write a follow up letter to Geico.
