Awful. I live in Utah and had an entire conversation before I dropped my car off how important isnwas thatvitbwas completed on time, by Saturday pick up Mat the latest. When I arrived, after making an appointment, my paperwork was lost. And, I spent an hour waiting. After rebidding it, and at a higher rate, I left my car.only to hear the part was never ordered in time. And, there was a chemical reaction to the paint. I spent 2 extra nights in Vegas, incurring hotel and rental car fees, and abandoning my business in Utah. On Monday I called only to hear my car wasn’t not going to be ready until Tuesday. I had a business trip scheduled and was going to pick my car up I whatever state it was currently in to finish it at a closer auto body shop. They “finished”’my car but the bumper is not right. They offered a 10% discount which didn’t even cover one night of my hotel. I’ll be calling with documentation and photos to the National Organization. Terrible experience.
