Like the comments I have seen on Google, this establishment needs to work on it's communication with customers. We live in a time where we have more means of communicating that ever, and I shouldn't have to constantly call to find out updates, especially if I was told I would be contacted. Monday morning I was told my truck would be done by the afternoon and at around 12 it was being buffed, I was told I would be contacted, I wssnt. I called Monday morning and was told it was ready for pickup. I get there and it was being "cleaned". When I finally got my truck I inspected it, a dirty wet rag was left in the back seat on the leather, and my antenna was not reattached. When they reattached it, it was bent. I'm not upset about the timeline, the repaint took over a week when I was quoted 3 days, but I'd rather wait longer for higher quality work. That being said you guys need to do a better job of communicating with the customer. You did a great job on the repaint, and your staff was professional and kind, don't sully it by not treating the customer like a customer. I would definitely recommend you to others, but I would caution them to be proactive with you.

I pick up the car away yesterday, but it can't be started in the evening, and the air-conditioning fan has a lot of noise, and the cooling effect is very bad.
