I was completely understanding of the process to receive parts for my vehicle. The work that was done was outstanding and I would bring my vehicle back. Tate is an excellent part of the Crews Collision team.
I believe the only bad feedback I have is communication. Each time I was told I was going to receive a call back, I didn't. I understand that everyone is busy, but I also believe in excellent customer service.
The secretary (Pamela) at the collision center is completely unprofessional. She is rude, she is unresponsive, and she should not be in customer service. After telling me she would check on my car and call me back. I ended up having to drive over from James island to North Charleston to receive an update because of her lack of communication. When I arrived and asked for an update, she looked me dead in the face "huffed", got and out her chair and VISIBLY rolled her eyes at me. This is NOT acceptable behavior for someone representing your business. She was rude and unhelpful.
Overall, Crews collision is a great business and I am very satisfied with the end result of my vehicle.

I am receiving a survey regarding repairs to my car when the car has not been worked on. Crews had my car going on three weeks and a repair estimate as of now has NOT been sent to my insurance company!

After arriving to pick up my vehicle i was told it would be $280. Not 10 minutes later my car pulled up and the quote changed to $400. The reason for the change was due to an added on service of over $100 that i did not ask for, i was not notified about prior to, and it did not affect the driving/operation of my vehicle in any way. I feel like it was purposely added on because i chose to purchase my tire from somewhere else and this was a way to guarantee your business made money off of me. Also, i had almost a full tank of gas when i dropped my vehicle off but less than half when i picked it up. I was told my service would take 24hrs but you had my vehicle for 8 days, in which i had to constantly call for a status and your receptionist was rude.

****. I do not wish to be further contacted. I’d like to keep up with the same “quality service” I was given.
2. I was told I would be contacted on phone and email the different stages of my vehicles repair. It wasn’t until I called Vince to find out how my car was doing, did I receive any info. 3 days later.... again, I called Vince to find out if my car was ready. When I arrived at the crews collision center I was ignored and made to wait 30 minutes before being served. All together 2/10. Would not return for more services.
