The quality is great. I do want to show y'all what I discovered from my last repair. You guys put on a crooked bumper and the license plate light simply fell off. It was replaced with a cheap version that is held together by a screw...

Good job on repair but did not do oil change service as requested and noticed on the way home my right rear signal light is not working. Now I had to schedule another time to drop the truck by the shop. Real inconvenience.

Customer service via Laura Wicker awful: no call back when promised (I had to call her when she said she would call right back...). Started calling 8a.m. on 4/16: called again 8:45 told to wait for 10a.m. truck delivery; called at **** & got VM so finally left for barn. On way home (5:25) Rick called re: car pick up (I had told Laura I was leaving for Teyon 4/17) & graciously he stayed until I could fight the I26 parking lot to Crews (finally arrived at 6:15).

I already spoke with someone about this, but the repairs were not completed correctly. There was clear coat in places it shouldn't be, imperfections in the paint that was applied (a second inspection by another party determined that it was never buffed after painted), extra parts (and I have no idea what they go to), the entire car wasn't inspected and the entire right rear part of the car that had collided with the coyote was left untouched (it came back to me with coyote guts still on it, not washed or inspected), a part that was damaged and needed to be replaced was not touched, my front passenger side door was apparently taken apart and re-painted when that wasn't part of the job (evidence in the bubbles that were left on the door and the fact that the door panel was scratched when disassembled) and it was put back together incorrectly--with wires hanging out of the door--so that the door didn't function properly. Additionally, I had asked that the eyesight housing be looked at, they never looked at it and when I asked about it on pick-up the technician had no idea what I was talking about and made me drive him around in my car to "show him."
