When picking my car up we did a quick inspection, the hail damage repairs were completed perfectly but we also discovered two brand new large scratches in the paint on the door. In addition to taking an extra three days from when I was initially told the car would be done, we had to leave the car another day so that they could repair the two large scratches.

It want ready until Tuesday afternoon no communication again on Monday. I will not be recommending Whitakers to anyone based on this service. I have all the correspondence documented.
