They did a wonderful job of keeping me informed as to the status of my car's repair. They did a fantastic job of making my car look new again. Looks better but not great. Paint doesn't match perfectly (base coat matches but not the bronze fire metallic clear coat), the dents are gone but the creased areas are plainly visible in the sun light. For a repair on a brand new car, I am kinda disappointed.

My husband and I bought a Malibu and a Tahoe from Bankston in '08 and a Silverado in '09. We got okay service until the guy that sold us the cars no longer worked there. Afterwards, I felt like I was being taken advantage of every time I took my car in because I was a woman. I always had to call my husband and tell him something was wrong other than the reason I brought my car in. We had even tried using Classic Chevrolet, but same thing. This experience with Ephrin and Gabriel has been the best I've ever had! I have never gotten so many updates on my car and been treated with such respect. They have restored my trust and faith in this location. I was VERY pleased! I will definitely spread the word, too!
