It appears that a sound dampening panel was not in the used door that was purchased and installed on my car. I noticed the issue the first time I closed the door. You would think that a company that deals with things like this everyday would have picked up on this way before I did.

I was very impressed with the professionalism shown by all of your staff. When the right clips for my car did not come in, they made sure they got the right ones and installed them correctly. Then they washed and detailed the inside and outside of our car which was unexpected. That showed us that they not only cared about making sure the vehicle was repaired right, but that it was given back to us in a better state than what it was given to them. If I am ever in the need or any of my friends, I will definitely suggest your company 100% of the time. Thank you so much.

This was not my first repair with Mahnke (second time with this vehicle). Every time I have had work done here it has been done professionally and to high standards. I was kept informed of the progress via text messaging that was very informative. It helped me not have to pay for extra days of rental fees. Please do not take this as a complaint but it is about your delivering early. As much as I appreciate getting my truck back a week early I wasn't planning on it because just the day before I was told it would be ready in a week. It was worth it to me so I chose to scrap my original planning. Early is good but accuracy and early would be better. Thanks.

Aubrey and Breanne were fantastic. I really appreciated their help with our repair. Both were very professional and were able to help me get a rental car when my original plan fell through. Also, the technician noticed that a previous repair had been done incorrectly, and was able to show us the details. I would absolutely return to Mahnke in the future.

My only hesitation in being "completely satisfied" is it has only been 3 days since I retrieved my Lexus. Assuming the new paint holds up, etc., I am satisfied. I was very impressed with Mahnke's customer service and interaction; the handoff/pickup of my car was very easy. It would be nice if Enterprise could deliver my rental at Mahnke rather than driving to NW Federal office. Thanks

Work was done in a very shoddy manner the first time it was done.
Bumper did not match up. (Wrong bumper was ordered and put on anyway in an attempt to make it work. It did not match up to vehicle. ) Paint job was chipped and bubbled.
It took a long time to get the work done and then re-done. Definitely not up
To Maanke standard. Hopefully the person who approved and inspected the first job was talked to about sending out such poor quality of
Work. This reflected very poorly on your company. We
Were return customers, as we had work done there
Years ago and were very pleased.
