My only comment is that I was informed through texting of the time my car would be ready (Tuesday @4)and if anything changed I would be told but I wasn't until my husband arrived at the shop. He was told of the new estimated pick up(Friday). I called the day before (Thursday) to confirm but was told Saturday at **** would be the new time. At 12:30 on Saturday I was called that the change of time eas 2. The quality of the reapair eas great, but the poor communication made the time difficult. I put a lot of depenance on the pick up time. Maybe it's not a big deal with others who have the flexibility with their work and kids but for us the last minute/late ways of being informed made it disappointing.
