As a woman I have to deal with a lot of dishonesty from car repair shops. I went to your shop for an estimate because of the good reviews on yelp. What I appreciated most was your honesty about insurance companies and auto part pricing and real value. Your willingness to help me get the most for my money was something people usually only get from friends or family. People who are highly skilled deserve to be paid what they're worth so I appreciate you reducing your hourly rate so that I could afford to get good help more than I can express with words.
